Wendy A. Somerville and Richard J. Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of C D TRUCKING LIMITED by the High Court at Tauranga on 3 July 2023 at 10.19am on the application of pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act.

We fix 21 July 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
