Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by a special resolution of its shareholders on 3 July 2023 at 1.09pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation on 3 July 2023, the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to the Registrar.

We fix 4 September 2023 as the day by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
