Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as liquidator of ALLOY BLOCKS LIMITED on 29 June 2023 at 3.12pm by shareholder resolution. The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation.

Notice is given the liquidator fixes 10 August 2023 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
