Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 6153209 and 4807479

Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 27 January 2023 at 7.00am.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to the liquidators by 3 April 2023.
