Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Colin Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BENNETT BUILDING INSPECTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 23 June 2023 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. There are no known creditors.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BNY NZ LIMITED (trading as Japan Home Mart) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 25 June 2023 at 6.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 5 August 2023.
