Take notice that RHYLEYS SALT & BATTER LIMITED and SAHOTA CONTRACTING LIMITED (both in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, to be put into liquidation and appointed Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan as liquidator on the following dates and times:

21 June 2023

SAHOTA CONTRACTING LIMITED at 6.00pm.

I fix 21 July 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority or to be excluded from any benefit provided creditors with debts and claims are proved.
