Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

API FAKAKOLOA EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LIMITED at 10.26am.

The appointments were made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 23 August 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
