Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as liquidator of PLUMBCO COMMERCIAL & CIVIL LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 122 of the Companies Act 1993 on 22 June 2023 at 12.15pm.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 4 August 2023 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
