Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for LB IMPEX LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 20 June 2023 at 10.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for ROAD RUNNER LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 21 June 2023 at 11.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 26 July 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
