Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Richard Nacey and John Fisk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of RUAPEHU ALPINE LIFTS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 21 June 2023 at 10.09am on the application of the directors of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(c)(ii) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 26 July 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
