Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP43), was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Hamilton on the application of The Energy Tyre Company Limited, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, at 11.10am on 19 June 2023.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 21 July 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
