Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TAWHARAU HOUSING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 20 June 2023 at 10.19am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 11 August 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
