Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PIKIHEKE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 14 June 2023 at 12.45pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 24 July 2023.
