Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the two companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies on 21 June 2023 at 9.45am and 10.00am respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 4 August 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
