Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as liquidator of PUKERIMU ESTATE LIMITED on 7 June 2023 at 4.00pm by shareholder resolution. The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 7 July 2023 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
