Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand on 9 June 2023 at Auckland: OEC Group Limited at 10.10am and at New Plymouth: Log 4 U Harvesting Limited at 2.28pm. The appointments were made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 9 August 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
