Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by a special resolution of its shareholders on 12 June 2023 at 11.56am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Company Act 1993.

This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation on 12 June 2023, the company’s director signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to the Registrar.

We fix 11 August 2023 as the day by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
