Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP120), was appointed as liquidator for MKOD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 8 June 2023 at 10.18am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993. Court reference number CIV-2022-404-2239.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 20 July 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
