We, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20) and Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Christchurch on 8 June 2023 at 10.21am on the application of Blair and Kate Elizabeth Cunningham. The liquidation commenced on our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of EUROPEAN INTERIORS LIMITED (in liquidation), we fix 6 July 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
