Notice is given that –

AKC 2020 LIMITED and EA 2020 LIMITED (both in liquidation) commenced at 4.00pm on 30 May 2023 with Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, following the director’s resolutions as to solvency and appointed by special resolutions of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Both liquidations are solvent.

ARJIC LIMITED liquidation commenced at 9.00am on 22 May 2023 with Iain McLennan and Colin Sanderson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, appointed by a special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

AUCKLAND TUATARA GP LIMITED liquidation commenced at 10.30am on 16 May 2023 with Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, appointed by order of the High Court at Wellington on the application of Steamshop Limited pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

ENVIROBUILT LIMITED liquidation commenced at 11.20am on 11 May 2023 with Iain McLennan and Colin Sanderson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, appointed by a special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

WESTWOOD HOLDING LIMITED liquidation commenced at 4.20pm on 23 May 2023 with Keaton Pronk and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, appointed by a special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 30 June 2023, or as directed in the individual reports to creditors.
