W H WERRY LIMITED (in liquidation)
Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of W H WERRY LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 1 June 2023 at 10.15am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
We fix 10 July 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
