Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for AHURA TRADERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 26 May 2023 at 9.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for CREDOMAX LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 31 May 2023 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 6 July 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
