Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a vote of creditors of the company at a watershed meeting on 15 May 2023 at 10.45am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 30 June 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
