Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for MOVE IT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 12 May 2023 at 8.50am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for 2BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 16 May 2023 at 4.10pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for FIJI ISLAND FOODS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton on 15 May 2023 at 11.02am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (Court reference number CIV-2023-419-65).

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 23 June 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
