Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 15 May 2023 in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 the shareholders of each of the above-named companies appointed Timothy Chemaly, barrister and solicitor of Auckland, as a liquidator.

The time of each liquidation is:

BEN LORA LIMITED at 11.10am.

JSP HOMES LIMITED at 11.15am.

Proof of Debts

The undersigned fixes 20 June 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of each company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Note: These are solvent liquidations. The director has signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating in each case that the company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.
