Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of shareholders on Friday, 5 May 2023 at 12.58pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators of the companies fix 9 June 2023 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
