Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as liquidator of PLUTO CONSULTANTS LIMITED on 3 May 2023 at 10.00pm by shareholder resolution. The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation.
