Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 April 2023 at 10.06am, Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of NZ MODULAR HOMES LIMITED by the High Court at Whangārei on the application of Kristine Ann Schollum and David Anthony Boyle.

In accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 the shareholders of THIS IS ELECTRIC NZ LIMITED, THIS IS ELECTRIC LIMITED and THIS IS SOLAR LIMITED, on 27 April 2023 at 10.45am appointed Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, as liquidators.

The undersigned does hereby fix 8 June 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
