Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MK1 CONCRETE COLLECTIVE LIMITED (formerly AUCKLAND CONCRETE LIMITED) by the High Court at Auckland on 28 April 2023 at 10.30am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 9 June 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
