Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by an order of the High Court at Auckland on 28 April 2023 at 10.57am and 11.03am respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 28 June 2023 as the day by which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
