Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth on 28 April 2023 at 2.31pm. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

The liquidators fix 19 May 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
