Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies on 27 April 2023 at 10.30am and 11.30am respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 16 June 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
