Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Greg Sherriff, CPA, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 27 April 2023 at 11.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 27 May 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
