Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Company Numbers: 1159137 and 391512

Brenton Hunt, Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on 24 April 2023 at 2.59pm and 3.12pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). These are solvent liquidations.

The directors had previously passed resolutions declaring that on appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.

Notice to Creditors

I fix 27 May 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
