Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the following companies by the High Court at Auckland on 20 April 2023 pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of Inland Revenue:

FIRST CONSTRUCTION GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.41am.

FIRST FINANCE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.42am.

FIRST INVESTMENT GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.44am.

We fix 29 May 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
