On 21 April 2023, it was resolved by resolution, pursuant to section 88 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, that AUCKLAND TUATARA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 21 April 2023 at 12.20pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 26 May 2023.
