On 21 April 2023, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that AUCKLAND TUATARA GP LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidation commenced on 21 April 2023 at 12.20pm.
