Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BRP BUILDERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 19 April 2023 at 10.59am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RICHMOND PONSONBY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 21 April 2023 at 10.06am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Body Corporate 206481.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of COUNTRY GARDEN GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 21 April 2023 at 10.12am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Body Corporate 327853.
