Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder(s) of the above-named companies have appointed Daran Nair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators in the liquidation of JDI CIVIL LIMITED (in liquidation) on 14 April 2023 at 2.44pm and in the solvent liquidations of DETRO 11 LIMITED (in liquidation) on 4 April 2023 at 12.00pm and TARZAN TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) on 19 April 2023 at 12.57pm and R S TRANS 2021 LIMITED (in liquidation) on 19 April 2023 at 1.55pm.

The liquidators fix 5 June 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
