Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 13 April 2023 at 5.01pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) upon the termination of the Deed of Company Arrangement.

The liquidators fix 26 May 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
