Notice is hereby given that on 11 April 2023 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Kevyn Botes, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of i-Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidator.
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 11 May 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
