Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DIONYSUS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 31 March 2023 at 10.55am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of EP Wines Limited.

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of XC WAIKATO LIMITED (trading as X Clean) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 5 April 2023 at 1.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 16 June 2023.
