Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 31 March 2023 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Kevyn Botes, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, be appointed liquidator. Note these are both solvent liquidations.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 5 May 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
