Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KRUMBLED FOODS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 24 March 2023 at 10.21am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Pead Limited.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 5 May 2023.
