Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 28 March 2023 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that ZOMATO NZ MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED be liquidated and that Gregory Victor Millar of Auckland, accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 28 March 2023 at 3.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of ZOMATO NZ MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 27 April 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
