Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of MY TREAT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga by Braun Bond and Lomas Limited on 27 March 2023 at 10.32am.

We fix 26 May 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
