Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 20 March 2023 at 12.00am, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by a special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act. The company has no known liabilities and is being liquidated as it has no further purpose.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to the liquidators by 25 May 2023.
