Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 28 March 2023 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that PITTOPARK LIMITED be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 28 March 2023.
