Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the companies appointed Adele Irene Hicks (IP#155) and David Ian Ruscoe (IP#50), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the companies. The liquidations commenced on 27 March 2023 at 11.00am, 11.10am, 11.20am and 11.30am respectively.

The directors of the companies have signed declarations under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating that the companies will be able to pay their debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.

The companies are solvent and are being liquidated as they have completed the purposes for which they were incorporated.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 24 April 2023 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distributions.
