Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

On 15 March 2023 at 1.19pm by special resolution passed and ratified by its members Duncan Varnham Fea, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Queenstown, was appointed liquidator of the society. This is a solvent liquidation.

The liquidator fixes 28 April 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by that date will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made and may not object to that distribution
